Sự kiện Job Fair 2023 – Ngày hội việc làm diễn ra tại Trường CĐ FPT Polytechnic cơ sở TP Hồ Chí Minh thu hút hàng nghìn sinh viên tham gia.

Job Fair 2023 thu hút sự tham gia của đông đảo sinh viên.

Job Fair 2023 là chuỗi sự kiện thường niên do Trường CĐ FPT Polytechnic tổ chức trên cả nước nhằm kết nối sinh viên với doanh nghiệp và các cơ hội nghề nghiệp.

Trước khi tổ chức ở TP Hồ Chí Minh, sự kiện đã được tổ chức ở 4 cơ sở của Trường CĐ FPT Polytechnic tại Hà Nội, Đà Nẵng, Tây Nguyên, Cần Thơ, thu hút hàng nghìn sinh viên, hàng trăm doanh nghiệp tham gia.

Thống kê sơ bộ, đã có hơn 1.000 sinh viên tham dự sự kiện, 40 doanh nghiệp tham gia với 29 gian hàng giới thiệu và hơn 400 cơ hội việc làm từ các nhà tuyển dụng. Đã có hơn 650 lượt phỏng vấn giữa sinh viên và hứa hẹn nhiều tín hiệu khả quan.

Thầy Trần Vân Nam, Phó Hiệu trưởng Trường CĐ FPT Polytechnic, Giám đốc FPT Polytechnic TP Hồ Chí Minh cho biết: Do ảnh hưởng của kinh tế sau đại dịch, nhiều doanh nghiệp sụt giảm về nhu cầu tuyển dụng, tuy vậy cũng có rất nhiều cơ hội mới xuất hiện. Chính vì vậy, Job Fair 2023 là cơ hội để các sinh viên hình dung cụ thể thị trường lao động, có sự chuẩn bị sẵn sàng về năng lực, tâm thế cho mình cũng như tiếp cận chính xác nhất các cơ hội nghề nghiệp phù hợp.

Tại Job Fair 2023, đại diện nhà trường đã ký kết văn bản ghi nhớ hợp tác với 19 doanh nghiệp trong nhiều lĩnh vực: Công nghệ thông tin, giáo dục, viễn thông, sản xuất… nhằm xúc tiến cơ hội việc làm cho sinh viên; đồng thời hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp tìm hiểu chính xác nhất về năng lực ứng viên, từ đó có lựa chọn phù hợp, hiệu quả nhất cho hai bên.

Cũng tại sự kiện, hoạt động tuyển dụng nội bộ của Tập đoàn FPT với sinh viên FPT Polytechnic đã diễn ra. Các công ty thành viên của tập đoàn là FPT Telecom, FPT Retail, iViec, Sendo… tham gia tuyển dụng với hàng trăm vị trí công việc khác nhau. Đại diện FPT cho biết, trong 6 tháng cuối năm sẽ tuyển mới hàng nghìn nhân sự, chính vì vậy, cơ hội cho các bạn trẻ là rất lớn.

Ước tính sau chuỗi sự kiện này, hàng nghìn sinh viên nhà trường sẽ tìm được công việc và các cơ hội phù hợp cho mình.
