Tin từ Công an tỉnh Hà Nam ngày 9-8 cho biết Cơ quan Cảnh sát điều tra Công an thị xã Duy Tiên đã ra lệnh giữ người trong trường hợp khẩn cấp, Lệnh bắt người bị giữ trong trường hợp khẩn cấp đối với Phan Thanh Sơn (SN 1983; ngụ phường Đồng Văn, thị xã Duy Tiên), nguyên Trạm trưởng Trạm y tế phường Đồng Văn, về tội “Giả mạo trong công tác”, quy định tại Khoản 2, Điều 359, Bộ luật Hình sự.

Theo Công an thị xã Duy Tiên, từ phản ánh của báo chí, cơ quan này đã vào cuộc điều tra, xác minh và xác định tại Trạm y tế phường Đồng Văn diễn ra tình trạng cấp giấy chứng nhận nghỉ ốm không đúng quy định cho một số công nhân đang lao động trong các khu công nghiệp trên địa bàn để số người này “trục lợi” bảo hiểm xã hội.
Sau khi tiến hành điều tra, Cơ quan Cảnh sát điều tra Công an thị xã Duy Tiên đủ căn cứ xác định Phan Thanh Sơn, nguyên Trạm trưởng Trạm y tế phường Đồng Văn đã lợi dụng chức vụ của mình để thực hiện hành vi vi phạm.
Khám xét khẩn cấp nơi ở, nơi làm việc của Phan Thanh Sơn, công an đã phát hiện, thu giữ 1 dấu chức danh của Sơn, 1 bộ máy vi tính cùng nhiều tài liệu khác có liên quan.
